Hearts and Homes: A Community Effort to Restore Stability and Comfort

In response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Hearts and Homes has united a group of compassionate professionals with one purpose: to help those impacted rebuild and reclaim what they’ve lost. Our community is resilient, and we’ve come together, once again, in the spirit of generosity and support for our neighbors in need.

"Hearts and Homes" is not a program, product, or non-profit. Instead, it’s a coalition of dedicated individuals—mortgage experts, real estate agents, contractors, title companies, and other professionals—working independently to offer their skills and resources to aid displaced families. Many of us, affected by these disasters ourselves, are donating our time, reducing fees, and, in some cases, waiving them entirely to help these families recover.

Our mission is simple: to make it as easy as possible for affected families to replace their homes. We aim to reduce or even eliminate the cash needed for closing costs, tailoring assistance as best we can to each situation. While we cannot guarantee no cash required for closing for everyone, we’re committed to achieving the best possible outcome for each family we serve.

Together, we’re making a meaningful difference—restoring the comfort and security that only a home can provide. To everyone involved, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment. Together, we are rebuilding lives and strengthening our community for the future.
